Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Anna Dunleavy | Fearless Hustle Collective, governing your access to the website and online services that Fearless Hustle Collective offers. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all clients who purchase a product or service from Anna Dunleavy/Fearless Hustle Collective. Do not use the Service if you don’t accept the Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES

The Fearless Members Club offers different levels of membership which are made clear upon purchase. Your choice of category on joining will determine the fees you pay and any restrictions that may apply to your use of the memberships’ facilities.

COMMITMENT PERIOD

The membership is an ongoing service, with no end date. If you choose to pay your membership fees monthly, your membership will automatically continue each month unless cancelled.

Full members of the Fearless Members Club are required to make a minimum commitment of three months, after which they are free to cancel their monthly subscription at any point. Should the client request to cancel before the three month commitment is up, payment for the first three months will continue to be taken on a monthly basis/will remain due.

CANCELLATION

Community Members who have chosen to pay on a monthly basis can cancel at any time. However, any periods paid upfront (whether monthly or yearly), will not be liable to a refund due to the nature of the service. No refunds will be issued for this service, no matter the category of membership.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Anna Dunleavy/Fearless Hustle Collective and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Anna Dunleavy/Fearless Hustle Collective or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Anna Dunleavy/Fearless Hustle Collective, with copyright authorship for this collection by Anna Dunleavy/Fearless Hustle Collective, and protected by international copyright laws.
