Worrying about what others think
This week's podcast explores the fear we hold of what others might think about us and our creative business, and how this impacts how we show up in our business.
We explore ways in which you can challenge those fears and worries, and focus on positives, instead.
Is their opinion even important?
How will their opinion impact what you do?
In 5 years time, will you think back and wish you’d done ‘the’ thing, and not worried as much about what others might think?
You don’t actually know what someone else is thinking - you make up stories in your mind - instead of assuming that they’re going to think that you don’t know what you’re doing, or that you don’t have the experience to be doing this, how about switching that thinking around, and assuming that they are actually really supportive - and inspired by what you’re doing?
You never know the experiences someone else might have had - they might have had a business of their own in the past, and actually DO understand what you’re trying to do
How would you feel if you just didn’t do the thing, because it feels safer that way? What are the consequences?
To find out how you can work with me, head on over here.
